1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Timesheets ("the platform", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Service

You may use Timesheets only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another user's data.
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful material.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
  • Use the platform to store or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content.

3. Accounts & Organisations

Each user account is personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Organisations are managed by one or more administrators who are responsible for inviting members, configuring permissions, and ensuring their team's use of the platform complies with these terms.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform — time entries, projects, invoices, and other records. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for ensuring you have the right to store any information about third parties (e.g. employees whose time you log).

5. Availability & Changes

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

We may update features, add new functionality, or retire existing features as the platform evolves.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content comprising the Timesheets platform (excluding your data) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights in the platform beyond what is needed to use the service.

7. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Timesheets is a time-tracking and workforce management tool. It does not provide legal, financial, payroll, or tax advice. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform meets any applicable legal or regulatory requirements for your business.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business.

9. Termination

You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
